Biswadeep is the Founder & Managing Director of Rite KnowledgeLabs. He is responsible for the overall growth of the organization in the areas of revenue generation, client acquisition and geographic expansion. He previously founded Riteverses in 2007 and in 2013 it became a part of Ketchum Sampark.

Biswadeep has nearly two decades of experience in multiple roles across business & stakeholder communications and corporate brand building. Having started his career in accountancy, he has spent most of his career in business communication and stakeholder programs. His last assignment was as Senior Partner & President, Ketchum Sampark.

At different stages of his career, he has worked at companies like Lovelock & Lewis (PwC), Adfactors PR, Brand-comm, Genesis Burson-Marsteller and Netscribes. He has held several leadership positions where he was responsible for strategy, business development and key client relationships. Today, he is trusted by leading domestic & multinational organizations and senior leaders to build their thought leadership-led reputation assets.

Biswadeep holds an Executive MBA from ENPC, Paris(India Campus). A commerce graduate, he completed his article-ship from Lovelock & Lewis(now part of PwC) at the beginning of his career. He has attended an Executive Course at Indian School of Business(ISB).

Zahara is the Co-founder & Director at Rite KnowledgeLabs. As the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) she is responsible for providing operational leadership and ensuring service delivery quality. Across diverse digital stakeholder communication and thought-leadership programs, she works closely with clients, anchoring relationships and ensuring the service delivery exceeds expectations right from planning to publishing.

She has over 17 years of experience and has worked with several multinational and leading Indian organizations in various capacities pertaining to business communications, content publishing, e-learning, IT and training. She brings significant business and financial content publishing experience and has led engagements with customers across industry sectors.

Prior to co-founding Rite KnowledgeLabs, she worked at Ketchum Sampark and Riteverses as the Head of Content & Publishing. Earlier she worked with Tech Mahindra in Marketing & Communications and was responsible for global content and knowledge management. Having started her career in IT programming, she has a passion for technology and has consulted organizations in the capacity of a corporate trainer for IT and business communications.

A Plastics engineer, she also holds a Post Diploma in Computer Applications. She has attended an Executive Education Programme at Indian School of Business (ISB) on “Strategy in the Digital Era”
