Project Background

As the world leader in technology, the client enjoys exceptional trust level among stakeholders. However, in the age of growing competition, the company has to prove its relevance and capabilities to its target audiences continually. Customer stories are an effective way to accomplish this objective. Through success stories, the client illustrates the abilities of its tools and technologies to empower organizations across industries and geographies.

Highlights

  • Through customer case studies, the client illustrates the abilities of its tools and technologies to empower organizations across industries and geographies.
  • Rite KnowledgeLabs was engaged to create B2B case studies that would serve as powerful assets for business solicitation for the Indian arm of the company.
  • Our gamut of responsibilities ranged from customer interviews to content creation and design.
  • It was essential to structure the case studies in a manner that would engage different cadres of decision makers at every step.

The Challenge

The client wanted to demonstrate the real-world power of its technologies by featuring success stories of leading Indian corporations. The objective entailed narration of unconventional use cases of their products in B2B scenarios.

The Solution

Rite KnowledgeLabs was engaged in writing customer case stories for the client. We were simultaneously also hired to create content for their news centre and tech blog. However, the target audience for all three platforms was radically different and hence, the approach for all the three media also varied drastically.

In this case, the objective was to create powerful assets for business solicitation. The target audiences were potential customers of the company. Hence, the approach required us to analyze situations from the customers’ perspective. It was essential to structure the case studies to appeal to different cadres of decision makers at every step.

Content

Rite KnowledgeLabs created a compelling case study strategy that demonstrated the value of the client’s technology to its customers. Our responsibilities ranged from customer interviews to content creation and design.

The groundwork was critical to our narrative. Thus, the first step was to understand the business and industry of the customer through primary research. This step enabled us to set a context for the job on hand.

Website Content Updation

Understanding the real story required us to interview the technology heads at customer organizations. Through these insights, we identified the unique crux of the stories that showed how the client added value to their businesses.

Having recognised the value proposition of the engagement, we created laser-sharp, convincing pieces of customer evidence that demonstrated the client’s relevance.

Design

Although these were technology case studies, we refrained from using a jargonistic language in our writing. This ensured that non-technical decision-makers were able to identify with the use cases.

Further, we designed the case studies in different formats – including web publication and downloadable files.
