Casual, open interactions produce a different set of emotions. They lead to a free, uninhibited and authentic understanding of one another. And, that’s really important for teamwork. It’s why we at Rite KnowledgeLabs regularly step out for lunch and indulge in breakaway activities.

This time, we planned a weekend out at Durshet Forest Lodge, Khopoli. While we had initial trepidations about many of our team members not being able to attend a stay over trip, it turned out to be one of the most exhilarating and memorable experiences together.

Here’s a glimpse into our incredible outing in the wilderness:

A joyful testament to being together

Overall, there was a sense of unity and cohesion that was created when everyone was together having fun outside the office. And it showed when we all got back to work.

Regardless of being a small or a large organization, the lessons from a team outing like this remain the same. The experience rejuvenated our souls, filled us with tremendous happiness, fulfillment and a sense of camaraderie to overcome challenges together.
